How does delivery work?

Shipping only within Australia and sent with Australia Post.

At Gifts are for Giving we offer a flat rate shipping of $14.95. We also try to dispatch our items within 48 business hours. We also offer a click and collect option at checkout. Collection is from Eynesbury 3338, Victoria. Our days for collection are, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. We also assure our customers that when you make a purchase, your item/s are packed and dispatched by the owner and not a third party . Please be mindful that some products are a click and collect only and will not be shipped due to their size and weight. If you have any queries about freight charges or click and collect, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us at giftsrforgiving@gmail.com. Please note that once your item or items have left our store we have no control of estimated time of arrival. Tracking numbers will be provided to all customers once we process your item for shipping.

How do returns work?

We try our best to accurately describe all items via our product photos and descriptions. All items are thoroughly checked for breakages and defects before sale. 

However, if you’re not happy with the item you receive, please contact us at giftsrforgiving@gmail.com within 7 days. 

Please choose your items with care as return postage is at the buyer’s expense should you change your mind. Returned items must be in unused, brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable). Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds are issued once the item is returned and checked by the seller. Please note that refunds are given only on products purchased and not postage costs

Faulty or damaged items

All items are thoroughly checked for breakages and defects before shipping however, but if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund or replacement item. Please email us at giftsrforgiving@gmail.com within 7 days to discuss. Please attach photo evidence with your email to confirm that the item is faulty or damaged however we may also require that items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded. Once we have received the item back in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund both the cost of the item and the shipping costs or provide a replacement item. Any item that is returned used or has been damaged after receipt by the customer will not be accepted for a refund. After receipt of the item, storage and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
